Spencer Hoo is an Award-Winning Global REALTOR and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) who regularly speaks and presents across various international stages sharing about Global Real Estate Opportunities, whether generalized or country specific. As well as how to work with foreign buyers and investors purchasing in your local market.

Starting in the early 2010’s Mr. Hoo and his team aggressively started working the ever growing China market, by actively attending local China based real estate and immigration industry events, as well as creating lasting partnerships with local China based industry professionals in the real estate, immigration, finance, wealth management / family office, and related industries. During this boom, Mr. Hoo and his extended team sold 100’s of homes and real estate investments all across the United States.

He has been active in leadership of various Real Estate Organizations including the Vice President of FIABCI Americas (The International Real Estate Federation), Founding President of FIABCI USA Los Angeles / Southern California Council, Past Chair of California Association of REALTORS (CAR) Global Real Estate Forum, Past Chair of Orange County REALTORS Global Business Alliance, Past Member of Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA)
International Committee, Past Member of National Association of REALTORS (NAR) Global Business and Alliances Committee, and Past Member of NAR Certified International Property Specialist Advisory Board, as well as past Director with multiple organizations.

He has directly, or as part of a team, helped plan and lead real estate investment exploratory tours as well as related business events across the world, more notably China, Mexico, Vietnam, Thailand, Dubai/UAE with attendance anywhere from 10-200 persons, many resulting in direct deals / transactions commencing during the trip, and after the trip from new contacts and knowledge learned during these trips.

Mr. Hoo is an active real estate investor himself with a portfolio of properties in California/USA, Sanya/Hainan Island/China, Tulum/Mexico, Pattaya/Thailand. Also, being an active Real Estate sales professional, Mr. Hoo has sold many properties all over the world and his clients have found great success in equity growth and/or high rental returns. From his past experiences some of these properties have doubled in value in as little as 18 months, many have gained an equity increase of 15-40% before even closing on the transaction, and those that are being operated as a longer-term hold, have consistently performed with higher than market average returns. From his positive
experiences, he wants to share his joy and passion of investing Globally with those that want to join him on this journey, in a safe and proper manner.
