Irene started her real estate career in 1991 in Beverly Hills, California. In 2000, she built a technology company in Redmond and successfully sold it after 14 years. Her involvement in the software industry allowed her to grow her database of high-end customers, builders, and investors, especially in the Pacific Northwest. The combination of her technology background, superior business skills, and broad experience is the reason why she is one of the few selected Realtors for the Luxury Market representing Luxury Home Builders, and helping investors and relocation clients like you. Irene is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and has been recognized as the #1 broker in the KW Region and by the Seattle Times.
Her team, Irene Mendoza Group, consists of a result-oriented in-house Marketing and Acquisition Specialist, an expert Transaction Coordinator, and a seasoned Broker, Wendy Jensen, who is also fluent in Spanish and is licensed in both California and Washington.
