I am Abdul Sayed, at the helm of The REAL REALTOR INTERNATIONAL Property Group, Powered by EXP, based in Cape Town, South Africa. We are a premier real estate company established in South Africa and backed by the fastest-growing international global real estate brand, EXP Realty.

Additionally, I have 20 years of military service as a SA NAVY Combat Commander. I also own Sabindi Group Global, a fully-fledged Construction and Maintenance Company with a national footprint, and registered with the South African National Home Builders Registration Council.

I have prioritised establishing a "One Stop Shop" property service and as such, I have coined the collaborative capability in the property market to "Develop it, Build it, Maintain it, Buy it, and Sell it", which aids our value proposition to our clients.
