One Holland Village is a new development located right in the heart of Holland Village by Far East Organization. One Holland Village is a mix development that consist of private residential units, service apartments, office space and retail F&B. Far East Consortium submitted the top bid under the new dual envelope (concept and price) where Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) will evaluate the proposals from different developers in an effort to increase the amenities around the Holland area. Bid prices together with interesting concepts for Holland Village will considered in this new proposal. There is a lot of development possible in the future. A series of public places on the ground floor are divided into zones, and all the zones are anchored by some kind of main public space. There are many attractions present over here like the "Common Square" where all kinds of events could be held such as weekly markets, a courtyard with the name of "Communal Green" which is having shops on one or both sides of it that would lead to a terraced water feature and a Water Court and the other place that attracts the people is the "Pocket Park" which would open in a place which is called Lorong Mambong in the village of Holland.
